Sound:

Another great show! "Babe I'm Gonna Leave You" is dark and intense, one of the best performances I've heard. Similar in sound to the 23rd but muddier/bassier and slightly more distant. Originally thought to have come from either 19/5 or 27/5, the general consensus now is that this tape comes from 25/1. Compared to "Masters Of Excess", this doesn't have the volume fluctuations during "As Long As I Have You" and there is about 30-35 seconds more tape at the end of "Communication Breakdown". Note: Reducing the bass makes this a much easier and enjoyable listen, knocking it up to a 3-star.

Traded to me a few years ago as being sourced from a 2nd Gen tape. Wish I could give more info. It does kick the shit out of "Masters of Excess" - not sure how it compares to the other boots available.
